Chaos Whisperer is the process we use to help you proactively prepare for a major life transition, getting everything in order before a crisis hits. It’s something that you or a loved one can chip away at, over time, with a proven roadmap. 

Seriatim offers hands-on expert-led support with a partner dedicated to guiding you through your most challenging transitions. A “transition” can mean any significant life change—whether it’s moving to a new home, downsizing to a smaller space, relocating a business, or managing the complexities of an estate.

Who is Chaos Whisperer for?

Chaos Whisperer is for anyone who looks at their life’s possessions and feels overwhelmed that if and when their next life transition occurs, they won’t know where to begin. 

We’re here for individuals and families who want a roadmap for what to do and when, and we also partner with professional advisors, like attorneys and wealth managers, who help guide them.

I’m not in a crisis right now. Can you still help me?

Of course, in fact, it’s the perfect time. Our goal is to help you get that peace of mind in advance, so you can feel prepared for whatever comes next.

What will you actually do for me?

Think of us as the team that gently fits all the pieces of your legacy together. We become part of your team. We act as the central point of contact for your tangible assets, coordinating seamlessly with your estate planners, tax professionals, and insurers. We create one secure, shared space so everyone on your team can see the same plan and work in harmony.

I’m a very private person. How do you handle my personal information?

Will you work with our moving company?

Yes, Seriatim has worked with several different national and local moving companies, and will work with the mover of your choice. We can also make recommendations if one has not been selected yet.

Are you insured?

Seriatim is fully bonded and insured, offering comprehensive coverage for your belongings. Our coverage protects against losses from the moment we begin organizing and preparing your items until the point at which we start unpacking them in your new space, ensuring peace of mind throughout the entire process.

Can we hire you for just one phase of the relocation process?
