Four-Phase Methodology
Phase 1
Discover & Organize
Every engagement begins with a conversation.
We learn who is involved, what transition the family is facing, which advisors are already in place, and what is known, unknown, or hidden throughout the home. We walk the spaces. We ask the questions others have stopped asking.
We see what others have stopped seeing, and we begin organizing it into a picture the family and their advisors can trust.
Phase 2
Plan & Prioritize
Once the picture comes into focus, we create a structured plan for what needs to happen next and in what order.
What may need appraisal? Which specialists should be brought in? What is time-sensitive? What is emotionally significant? What can wait, and what cannot?
Families do not have to hold all of this on their own. Seriatim sequences the work, coordinates the right people, and keeps the process moving with clarity and calm.
This is where chaos becomes order.
Phase 3
Document & Safeguard
Every Seriatim engagement ends with a clear, trusted record.
An advisor-ready inventory and supporting documentation that captures what was found, what was done, what matters, and what comes next. It is built to support legal, financial, insurance, appraisal, estate, and distribution decisions when accuracy matters most.
It becomes a living resource the family can return to through the next move, the next transition, the next generation.
Phase 4
Implement & Orchestrate
With a plan in place, Seriatim manages the work.
Inventory creation. Move coordination. Appraisal coordination. Donation and distribution support. Vendor management. Estate clearing. Paper and photo organization. Every moving piece is held, tracked, and kept aligned with what the family actually needs.
